After her untimely passing the company was purchased by Martha Heidinger & Rebecca DiBello,
both long time employees of DePaolo - Crosby. Martha joined DePaolo - Crosby in 1990 as an assistant
to the Office Manager. In 1998 she was promoted to Office Manager. Martha has a business degree from Canton ATC. Martha is married with three grown children and a grandson. Rebecca DiBello became an employee of DePaolo - Crosby in 1987 just days after graduating from Alfred State College where she received her degree in Court Reporting. She has extensive experience in all areas of Court Reporting, including realtime, medical malpractice cases and technical depositions. Rebecca has two children.
DePaolo - Crosby Reporting was founded in 1945
by Carmen DePaolo. The original name was
Carmen S. DePaolo, Inc. Mr. DePaolo ran the company
for 45 years until James Crosby purchased it from him
in 1989. The name was changed to
DePaolo - Crosby Reporting Services, Inc.
Mr. Crosby ran the business until 2005 when he sold it
to Mary Ann Youknut,a long time employee. This October Mary Ann passed away unexpectedly. This page is
dedicated to the memory of Mary Ann Youknut, who was not only a wonderful boss and mentor but also a great friend to all of us here. She is sadly missed by us all.
